Susie Marie Crandall was born on May 2, 1962 to George Sherman and Esther Bee (Brooks) Crandall in Cheyenne, OK. She passed on March 18, 2026 in Elk City, OK at the age of 63 years, 10 months, 16 days.

Susie grew up as the oldest girl in Cheyenne along with her nine siblings George Thomas, Michael Joe, Esther Jolene, Rutha Maxine, Phillip Cecil, Henry Lee, Carl Daniel, Sharlenn, and Lee Rhea. She attended Cheyenne Public Schools and graduated in 1981. After graduation, she attended vocational school in Ada, OK where she obtained her Certified Nurses Aid Certificate (CNA). She made her home in Cheyenne, OK, Lovington, NM, Sayre, OK, Seminole, OK, and finally Elk City, OK.

In her spare time, Susie loved fishing, camping and spending time outdoors. She also enjoyed doing multiple types of crafts. She had a love for animals especially for her dogs. Most of all Susie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents George and Esther Crandall, infant brothers Ronny and Donny Crandall, brothers George Thomas Crandall, Michael Joe Crandall, Phillip Cecil Crandall, and Carl Daniel Crandall.

Susie is survived by her three sisters Jolene Ginn and husband Terry of Foss, OK, Maxine Barrow of Arapaho, OK, and Sharlenn Cantrell of Long Grove, OK; brothers Lee Crandall of Retrop, OK, and Lee Rhea and wife Lisa of Weatherford, OK; nieces Nicole Harting of Corpus Cristi, TX, Kimberly Williams of Weatherford, OK, Tiffany Malson and husband Warren of Durham, OK, Chelsea Crandall of Weatherford, OK, Harley Ginn and husband Brad of Sayre, OK, Ashley Rhea of Oklahoma City, OK; great niece Bella Malson, Nevaeh Crandall, Audry Harting, Madison Pebbely, and Kayleigh Pebbely great nephew Trevor Malson, Casey Harting, Bison Harting, Landon Crandall and Broc Harting and a host of extended family and friends.
