Graveside funeral services for Leonard Crabtree will be held Thursday, March 24, 2005, at 2:00 p.m., at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Bakersfield. Mr. Crabtree was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on July 2, 1928 and passed away at his home in Taft on March 19, 2005.
L.T. loved to ride scooters with his grandson and he will be greatly missed by his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Esther Crabtree. L.T. was survived by his son and his wife, Randy and Lupe Crabtree of Bakersfield; his grandchildren, Scotty and Jessica of Bakersfield; his daughter and her husband, Kathleen and Jerry of Texas; his three sisters and their husbands, Joy and Leo Fedewa of Taft, Jo and Leon Mankin of McLoud, Oklahoma and Molly and Don Poff of McLoud, Oklahoma; and by his numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Carman, Lupe and Mary Fedewa, who took care of L.T. in his last years.
Those who wish to pay their respects may do so on Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and again on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Erickson & Brown Funeral Home.
