Robert Coulter Sr.

December 29, 1957 ~ August 4, 2018

Robert Coulter Sr. Of Pawhuska , OK, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family August 4, 2018.

He was born December 29, 1957, in Cleveland Ohio. He was the son of Arthur (deceased ) & Mary Rallya.

Beloved husband to Cathy Coulter

Father of : Robert Coulter Jr. & Kenneth Coulter .

Step father of Micheal Toon, Timothy & Jeremy Rye.

Brother of: Belinda Fowles Justice, Christine Mills, Art Rallya Jr., Kathie Willoughby (Christopher ), Lisa Huml (Steve), and Linda Rallya.

Grandfather to 10, Uncle , cousin and friend to many . There will be a memorial service held in his home state of Ohio
