Nancy Coulson

July 23, 1944 ~ November 21, 2022

The Memorial services celebrating and honoring the life of Nancy Coulson, 78, of Enid, will be held privately.

Nancy was born July 23, 1944, to Ray and Irvie Buxton Thomas in Enid, Oklahoma and passed from this life November 21, 2022, in Enid.

She was raised and educated in Enid graduating from Enid High School with the class of 1962. She married Johnie Coulson on April 2, 1965. She attended college at Northwestern University and worked as a jewelry store clerk, Larry Blacks Sporting Goods, Youth and Family Services and the YWCA. She then began her career in the home health care field. She had a servant’s heart and a passion for caring for others. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, and was a member of the Quilting guild.

She was survived by her children, Lisa and Jerry Sandoval, Scott and Karla Coulson, and Todd Coulson, all of Enid, four grandchildren and one great grandchild. Her sisters Beth and husband Robert Haines of Coffeyville Kansas, and Judy McDonald of Woodward, Oklahoma along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Johnie Coulson and her parents.
