 Rita Lauree Costello, age 64, of Fairfax, Oklahoma passed away January 24, 2021 at , in Fairfax, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601.

Rita was born on April 28, 1956 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to James and Sylvia (Daughtery) Fortney .

Survivors include her mother Sylvia Fortney of Ponca City, sister Diana Calvert of Ponca City, sister Lavelda Forteny of Idaho Springs, CO, sister Danita Kollars of Dillinghun, AK, son Lloyd Delono and wife Crystal of Ponca City, daughter Christi Delano of Ponca City, daughter Candace Ryan and husband Kristopher of Girard, KS and daughter Jessica Green of Fairfax. She is survived by 17 grandchildren and 8.5 great-grandchildren.

Preceding in death were her father James Fortney, brother Jimmy Fortney, half-sister Serritta Fortney and grandson, Cameron Delano.
