ENID, Okla. - Richard R. Corderman of San Antonio, Texas, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, at the age of 79.

He grew up on a farm near Wakita, Okla.

He is survived by his wife, Mavis; daughters, Kandance and husband Jim, and Kristi and husband Allen; four grandchilden, Caleb and Abby Hudson and Jacob and Matthew Huggins; and two sisters, Eleanor Smith of Enid, Okla., and Norma Sevier and husband Gary of Argonia, Kan.

He spent most of his career maintaining critical navigation equipment for the Federal Aviation Administration.

A Celebration of Life was held Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014, at Woodlawn Baptist Church, San Antonio.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia Research Foundation. (allbloodcancers.org).
