Dyerl Coram, 75 year old former Woodward resident, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2023 in Oklahoma City. Per his request there will be no service at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.

William Dyerl Coram was born on February 20, 1948 in Montrose, Colorado to William Perry Coram and Erma D. (Billings) Coram McClaren. He grew up in western Colorado and attended school there. He was united in marriage to Linda Ann Boles on December 19, 1967. They were blessed with three daughters: Tammy Lynanne, Tonya Rene, and Teri Ann. They lived in several different states including Oklahoma, where they settled in 1982. Dyerl worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator and built dams in Colorado and Washington with his dad. He also worked in the coal mines.

He was united in marriage to Norma (Thompson) Dauphin on January 8, 1988 in Clayton, New Mexico. They made their first home in Aransas Pass, Texas and lived in Florida, California, Montana, Las Vegas, and Colorado. Dyerl loved spending time with his three daughters, being outdoors, and driving the country roads in Colorado. He enjoyed telling stories of his vast amount of life experiences to anyone who would listen.

He is survived by his wife Norma Coram; three daughters: Tammy Gonser of Oklahoma City, Tonya Jordan and husband Mike of Woodward, Teri Coram and significant other Chad Meinhardt; step-dad, Colyn McLaren; step-sons, Duane Ogden, John Dauphin; step-daughters, Barbara Montgihl, Linda Crouch; one sister, Murla Gann and "partner in crime" Kenneth Gann; grandchildren: Kent Gonser, Rachelle Sittner, Danielle Terbush, Chad Smith, Kiley Groff, Devery Colvard; great-grandchildren: Brody, Riley, Brock, Paysen, Jaxon, Braxton, Arizona, Rylan, Carson, Avery, and Lexi; other relatives and many friends.

Dyerl was preceded in death by his parents.
