Clarice Jane (Broaddus) Cooper

April 7, 1929 ~ December 31, 2012

Clarice Jane (Broaddus) Cooper, 83, died December 31, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Clarice was born in Bartlesville, OK April 7, 1929, the daughter of Verlin Thomas Broaddus and Beatrice (St. Clair) Broaddus. She was raised in Bartlesville by her Mother and Mildred and Herman Kaiser and graduated from College High School and then graduated from the University of Arkansas. After graduation she pursued a teaching career and taught in Indianapolis, IN, Memphis, TN, and Las Vegas, NV. She has lived in Las Vegas since 1986.

Clarice is survived by her daughters Diane Reimold of Memphis, TN, Sharon Bidmead (Simon) of Indianapolis, IN, granddaughters Claire and Gina Bidmead, nieces Susan Curnutte of Crystal Beach, FL and Nancy Rose of Lenexa, KS, nephews Tom Richardson (Mel) of Webster Groves, MO, Robert Richardson (Paula) of Phoenix, AZ, Bill Rose (Judi) of Roslyn, PA, and David Rose of Cardiff, CA.

Clarice was preceded in death by her parents, sister Marilyn Broaddus Rose and nephew Stephen Rose. No services have been planned at this time.
