Adrienne Lee (Hernandez) Cooper was born February 26, 1972, and passed away at the young age of 51 on May 4, 2023. She was surrounded by many family members and friends during her passing. Her death helped saved the lives of multiple people due to the families support of her decision to be an organ donor.
The family feels blessed that the Wellston School District will be closed in honor of Adrienne’s passing. She was known to be a very passionate person which forever changed the life of a complete foolish man—her husband whom she has proceeded in death. Adrienne always had time for others and touched everyone she met in a positive way. Her hardworking nature made it possible for her to always have time for everyone even on her roughest days. She was able to meet adversity with kindness. As she would say, except when dealing with her brother during their childhood together. Even as she would tell childhood stories, she would stay in touch through frequent calls and other ways of making these stories of the past to be taken with a grain of salt. It was obvious the love she shared with all was nothing like the girl she portrayed from her youth.
Those who knew her, will remember her love of both the Dallas Cowboys as well as Pioneer Woman, evidence by the home décor she obtained. One of the best home improvement stories to remanence is the time she decided the birds needed a sanctuary in the yard. This sanctuary was created within the week. It had potential to be a pretty, cool place until it ended up becoming a hunting ground for the cats, and quickly had to be dismantled marking the end of the project. It was proof of her having a decor style that was uniquely her own.
Adventurist, traveler, casino aficionado (especially with her husband), amazing bookkeeper & family financial manager, compassionate, nature loving, ribeye steak eater, vegetable tolerator, porcelain doll collector, quick witted, jokester, friendly, compassionate, determined, clever, and especially big hearted.
She was truly a singular-complex, beloved woman whose memory will live on in all of those of whom she touched. She especially would like people to know that she had a particular affection for her father as well as her sons, Austin and Aiden. Finally, she and her husband Randall Cooper would often be heard to say they were truly each other's soulmates, best friends, and each other's “Loves of a Lifetime.” Adrienne will be missed. May her enduring spirit be an inspiration to live a life that focuses on loving as many people as you can in the most passionate and fun-loving way possible.
Adrienne was a wonderful wife and mother and was well known throughout the community in which she lived. She was preceded in death by her mother, Janice Hernandez; two grandmothers, Beverly Foehser, and Ruth Hernandez; and her grandfather, Richard Foehser.
A celebration of Adrienne's life will be held on at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, 2023 in the Wellston High School Gymnasium. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
