Trish Omega (Mixon) Cook
December 8, 1969 ~ October 7, 2023

In Loving Memory of Trish Omega Cook

Trish Omega Cook, a beloved wife, mom, and Gigi, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2023, after a courageous and enduring battle with breast cancer. Trish's unwavering strength and resilience throughout her fight were a testament to her unshakeable spirit and her faith in God. Trish was born on December 8, 1969, in Durant, Oklahoma to Patricia Faye Mixon and Ronald Gene Mixon, where she grew up in a close-knit family. She was known for her infectious smile and boundless enthusiasm for life, a trait she carried with her until the very end.

Trish's greatest joy in life was her family. She leaves behind her devoted husband, Keith, who stood by her side through thick and thin, providing unwavering support and love. Trish's love extended to her children, including her two daughters, Ashley Graham, and Nicole Nault, as well as her stepchildren, Victoria Lemons and Dillon Cook. Trish always let her two daughters know how proud she was of who they had become, and she cherished the unique and wonderful women they had grown into. She always said she “hit a homerun” in the son-in-law department with Keaton Graham, Logan Nault, and Dylan Lemons. She was a doting Gigi, showering her grandbabies with endless love and affection. She especially cherished moments spent playing with her "Sugar Bear" Collins and watching her grandson Tate's tee ball games, where she was his biggest fan, cheering him on with boundless enthusiasm.

Trish had many hobbies and truly lived and loved life. She adored sitting outside on a crisp morning with her cup of Folgers coffee, looking out at her land, finding peace and serenity in those moments. Whether she was lounging by the lake or dancing the night away, Trish was the life of the gathering, spreading her infectious smile and happiness to everyone fortunate enough to be in her company.

Trish Omega Cook will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love, laughter, and resilience will forever be imprinted on the hearts of those she leaves behind. While we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the profound impact she had on all of us. Trish's memory will continue to shine brightly through the love she shared and the memories she created. May she rest in eternal peace, knowing that her legacy lives on in the hearts of her loved ones.

A celebration of the amazing life of Trish Cook will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday October 12, 2023, at Trinity Life Church 15040 Hwy 48 Kenefic, OK 74748. The family will gather and receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the college fund of Trish’s grandbabies in care of Keith Cook.

Condolences may be sent to the family at www.brownsfuneralservice.com.

Arrangements are under the direction of Brown’s Durant Funeral Service and Crematory.
