George "G.W." Cook, Jr.

February 22, 1933 ~ February 4, 2007

George "G.W." Cook, Jr., 73, of Pittsburg, died at 11:40 p.m. Sunday, February 4, 2007 at his home.

He was born February 22, 1933 in Memphis, Texas, to George W. and Fernetta Sylvia Baker Cook.

Services were held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 8, 2007 at the Brenner Mortuary, with Rev. Jim Sukraw officiating. Burial was in the Highland Park Cemetery, where the Benjamin Fuller American Legion Post No. 64 provided flag folding ceremonies.

Arrangements were under the direction of the Brenner Mortuary, Pittsburg.
