John A. "Jack" Concordia

May 27, 1949 ~ July 19, 2004

John A. "Jack" Concordia, 55, resident of Coffeyville, Kansas and former resident of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, died Monday evening at Caney, Kansas. 

Memorial services will be held with his family in Florida. 

Jack was born May 27, 1949 at Fort Campbell, Kentucky to John D. and Dorothy C. (Whaylen) Concordia.

He was raised and received his education in North Miami Beach, Florida. Jack graduated from Florida State University in 1971, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and was a member of the Delta Tau Fraternity. He moved to the Bartlesville area in 1983 and worked as a painting contractor. He attended the St. John Catholic Church in Bartlesville. 

Survivors include his father John D. Concordia of Stuart, Florida and his sister Janet D. Rojas also of Stuart, Florida; a nephew John "Tucker" Rojas and nieces Ryan and Regan Rojas.

Jack was married to Karen Concordia, of Bartlesville for 10 years. He had four step children, Shanna Fugett, Rodney, Jason and Dustin Lacy.
