Services to celebrate and remember the life of Geraldine Vivian Rosalie “Jeri” Collins will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 28, 2026, in the chapel at DeLozier Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. till service time on Saturday. Jeri passed away in Claremore on Saturday, March 21, 2026. She was 86 years old.

Born in Buffalo, New York on June 5, 1939, to Donald and Aileen (Nolan) Hutchinson. Jeri was raised and educated in Tucson, Arizona. It was also in Tucson that she met the love of her life William A. Collins. The couple married in Tucson on September 16, 1958. Their marriage lasted for over 43 years and was gifted with three children, John, Robert, and Jeri. The young couple moved back to Oklahoma in 1963 and made their home in rural Rogers County.

A lady that lived a very simple life and her home and family were always her main priority. Jeri’s days were filled with taking care of her children and her home. She did like to go to garage sales and stop at the local thrift stores for any treasures. Jeri enjoyed reading and slipping off to the casino to see if she would be the next big winner.

A lady that has left a legacy that will live on in the lives of her family and friends. Jeri is survived by her children, John Collins and wife Cindy Meyer, Robert Collins, Jeri Giles and husband Stacey, grandchildren, Tricia Riggs and husband Jeremy, Amy Joslin and husband Jason, Jenifer Kendall, Emily Kendall, Dodge Kendall, Scott Collins and wife Christine, Danny Collins and partner Dominick Gaudioso, 10 great grandchildren, sister, Pauline McMasters and husband Jim. Jeri was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William, and great grandson, Haydn Exendine.
