Tina Raye “Nene” (Grubbs) Coleman

July 14, 1965 ~ December 12, 2023

Tina Raye Coleman, “Nene”, age 58, of Tecumseh, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.

She was born July 14, 1965 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Royce and Betty (Turner) Grubbs.

Tina was raised in Tecumseh for most of her life. She graduated from Tecumseh High School with the class of 1983.

She worked for State Farm in Oklahoma City for many years.

Tina attended Midwest City Church of God. She enjoyed crocheting, going to the casino, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren; they were the light of her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Coleman; father, Royce Grubbs; brother, Preston Grubbs; and nephew, Bradley Grubbs.

Survivors include her son, Thomas and Chelsey Hinds of McLoud, OK; daughter, Lyndie and Michael Murillo of Norman, OK; 5 grandchildren, Levi Troxell, Hunter and Sawyer Hinds, and Michael and Mollie Murillo; mother, Betty Ingram of Shawnee, OK; sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Bill St. Clair of Shawnee, OK; brothers and sisters-in-law, Russell & Karla Grubbs of Macomb, OK and Clayton and Jana Grubbs of Tecumseh, OK; sister-in-law, Toni Grubbs of Macomb; best friend, Craig Ferron; nieces and nephews, Bo Scott, Brandon Grubbs, Jordan Grubbs and Tyler Grubbs; and other extended family and friends.

Memorial Service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Schaffer, Midwest City Church of God officiating. Please join the celebration of Tina’s life through Cooper Funeral Home’s Facebook page for live streaming of the service.
