Beverly Jean (McCuen) Cole
September 17, 1942 ~ December 13, 2024

Beverly Jean (McCuen) Cole, a long-time resident of Prague, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 82. Beverly was born on September 17, 1942, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She grew up in Oklahoma City, where she met, and married Grady Eugene Cole and the couple were happily married for more than 63 years. Together, Beverly and Grady raised three boys, Bryan, Terry and Jason.

Beverly, the daughter of a preacher, she and Grady both of them being strong in their love and faith in Jesus Christ, their first dates were often spent in church services and revivals. It was no surprise that her dedication to her Lord and Savior, her church and her family were second to none. Beverly was a dedicated member of the Lighthouse Holiness Church in Prague for many years.

Beverly enjoyed providing for her family by always offering a delicious, hot-cooked meal to anyone. She never met a stranger and loved being around people. Beverly was a skilled seamstress, cook, pianist and singer. She was a people person and made friends from coast to coast throughout her travels. Beverly had a great love for life and will be missed by many.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of more than 63 years, Grady Eugene Cole; three sons, Bryan Cole and his wife, Stacie, of Oklahoma City, Terry Cole and his wife, Carla, of Covington, Georgia and Jason Cole and his wife, Teresa, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren, Kaitlyn Cole, Justin Cole and his wife, Leigh, Ashley Pugh and her husband, Adam, Brooke Coomes and her husband, Christopher, Robert Cole, Joshua Cole, Caleb Cole and Isaac Cole; six great-grandchildren, Hagan, Linen, Monroe, Ellis, Penny and Walter; one sister, Sharon Parks of Chelsea and a host of family and friends.
