Jimmy "Bo" Coffey Sr.
November 10, 1957 ~ January 25, 2021

Jimmy "Bo" Coffey Sr. was born in Houston, Texas on November 10, 1957 to the late Sam Mick Coffey and his grandmother, Joan (Dobbs) Coffey who helped raise him. He left this earth on January 25, 2021 at his home in Ravia.
Bo lived most of his life in Johnston County. He spent time in Dallas when growing up and later attended H. Grady Spruce High School and graduated in 1976.

He enjoyed the great outdoors and spending as much time as possible fishing and camping. He was known to have a special talent when jumping into the water. While he was still young, he met the love of his life, Jewell Combs. The love that they shared was a rare love that only comes around once in a lifetime. His Julie always knew that this was the man she would grow old with. While married, He and Jewell had three children, Alysha, Amanda, and Jimmy "JC" Jr.

Bo was preceded in death by his father, grandmother, and a daughter, Alyana Jo Coffey.

He leaves behind to forever cherish his memory, wife, Jewell Coffey of the home; son, Jimmy "JC" Coffey Jr. and wife Stephanie, of Elmore City, Oklahoma; daughters, Alysha Kennedy and husband, Scott of Elmore City, Oklahoma, Amanda Ratchford and husband Casey of Davis, Oklahoma; 9 grandchildren, Amme Ellen, Clarity Joy, Kaylee Michelle, D'maree Jaquice, Jaycie Nicole, Jaimon Blayke, Alyana Jewell, Austin Justice, and Hartleigh Jestine; along with numerous other friends and family members, including the Combs family.

Bo is also survived by his 3 closest friends, aka "the dudes" Eric Mattingly, Stan Sewell, and Randall Blakemore.

The family has chosen to honor Bo's final wishes and go with cremation. They will be having a get together to celebrate the life of Bo on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Bo's home in Ravia at 9100 McSwain Ln. The celebration will begin at 12 pm and everyone is encouraged to attend.
