Daniel Gordon Cockrell
August 18, 1960 ~ January 31, 2019 (age 58)

Daniel Gordon Cockrell was born August 18, 1960 in Wichita, Kansas to Donald and Yvonne Cockrell. He passed away in Elk City, Oklahoma January 31, 2019 at the age of 58 years, 5 months, 13 days. He attended school at Reydon through the 8th grade and graduated from Cheyenne High School in 1978. After graduating, he went to work in the oil field.

Daniel is preceded in death by his grandparents: Tim and Helen Cockrell, Robert and Ima Bachmann, 1 brother: Gary Don Cockrell and his father: Donald Cockrell.

He is survived by 2 sons: Coby Cockrell of Cheyenne, Oklahoma and Jace Clayton of Weatherford, Oklahoma, his mother: Yvonne Cockrell of Durham, Oklahoma, 1 brother: Joey Cockrell and wife Tammy of Durham, Oklahoma, 2 nephews: Cannon and Colter Cockrell as well as a host of other family and friends.
