Wayne Barry Clementson (Clem), 87, died at 6:31 a.m. Monday April 7 in Bartlesville, OK.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday April 10 at Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory in Bartlesville.
Wayne was born June 4,1937 in Minneapolis, MN. His parents were Irvin R. and Inez G. (Ellertson) Clementson. He graduated from Washburn High School and the University of Minnesota with a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration.
He married Yvonne Abrahamson on June 21,1958 in Minneapolis, MN. Wayne went to work for Phillips 66 after college and was transferred to Bartlesville, OK in June 1971. He retired after 37 years from his only job after college. After 52 years of marriage, Yvonne passed away on May 9, 2010. On October 3, 2012, he married Vona Lewis. They were married for 12 years.
Wayne was a member and Board Member of Sunset Country Club for many years. And later a member at Adams Country Club. He enjoyed traveling within the country and abroad. Golf was included in many of his trips. He was an avid gardener which included both vegetables and plants.
Wayne is survived by his wife Vona; Children Lori (Grady) Allums, Vicki Catlin, & Mark (Alba); Grandchildren Jason Catlin, Matthew Allums, Nicole, Brandon (Raegan) Allums & Mackenzie (Wesley) Snow; Great Grandchild Ellie Allums; Sister Candyce Larson; and Nephews Jeff and Greg Larson. Also, his loving cat of 19 years, Sam.
Preceded in death by his parents and his wife Yvonne.
