Bradley Richard Cink
Dec. 20, 1962 ~ 2014

Bradley was born in Blackwell, Okla., on Dec. 20, 1962, to Loyd J.R. and Barbara Cink of Wakita, Okla.

He was in the last first grade class at Gore Consolidated School. After the school closed he attended Wakita School. He loved to play football and was an FFA State Farmer.

After high school, he went to Western State College in Gunnison, Colo., where he graduated in 1986, with a degree in biology.

He enlisted in the army in 1988, serving as a medic in the Gulf War.

He married Robin Bracket of Meredith, N.H., on Oct. 6, 1989, in Nashville, Tenn.

In 1994, he graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Mass., with a master of science degree in physician�s assistant studies.

He served as a P.A. in Somerville, Mass., until he moved to Lake Placid, N.Y., and served as a P.A. in the Federal Prison System. He then transferred to ADX SuperMax in Florence, Colo., in 2006. He also served as a public health services recruit in 2008, where he had the rank of lt. commander.

He was a wonderful father and lived for his children. He loved to hunt in Oklahoma and fish and camp in Taylor Park, Colo.

He is survived by four children, Lindsay, Boulder, Colo., Ben, Camp Pendleton, Calif., Jake and Elisa of Niwot, Colo.; sister, Ashley of Plano, Texas; grandmother, Geraldine Williams of the Wakita Community Health Center; uncle, Irvin Cink of Kaw City, Okla.; aunt, Alice Hicks of Augusta, Kan.; and his parents Loyd J.R. and Barbara Cink of Wakita.

The immediate family met in Buena Vista, Colo., on Thanksgiving Day for a celebration of his life.

He was cremated and his ashes will be scattered on a favorite camping spot on Texas Creek in Taylor Park, Colo., next summer. Cremation arrangements were by Holt Funeral Home, Canyon City, Colo.

A memorial service was held Dec. 4, 2014, at the ADX SuperMax Prison.

The following is a list of his awards: PHS Corps Honor Awards, PHS Achievement Medal, Unit Commendation, Hazardous Duty Award and the Commissioned Corps Training Ribbon. Non Corps Honor Awards include: Time Off Award, Letter of Appreciation, Sustained Superior Award for Service, the U.S. Army Achievement Medal, NCO Professional Development Medal,

Expert Field Medical Badge, National Defense Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Overseas Service Board and the Saudia Arabia Kuwait Liberation Medal.
