Ralph Lavern Christian
March 24, 1924 ~ March 27, 2017 (age 93)

Ralph L. Christian, 93, died March 27,2017. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Wanda, his children, Lisa Long and Kurt Christian, and his grandchildren Alexa Long, Victor Long, and Camille Christian.

Ralph was retired from the United States Air Force as well as federal service at Tinker Air Force Base with a total of 41 years of service. Ralph attended Cameron College in Lawton, Central State College in Edmond, and received his Masters Degree in Education from the University of Oklahoma. He served in the United States Army during World War II and the Korean War.

The family would like to thank the nursing staffs of Norman Regional Hospital and Brookhaven Extensive Care, and also Dr. Mudassir Nawaz, for the care they gave to Ralph during his last few weeks.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 2:00 at the Havenbrook Funeral Home Chapel in Norman. Contributions in his memory may be directed to the Dale K. Graham Veteran’s Foundation PO Box 592 Washington, OK 73093.
