Adrian Marie Chapman, infant daughter of Sylvia Smith and Dalton Chapman passed away January 2, 2017.

wife Pamela of Webbers Falls, OK; aunt, Jessica Giudice of Gore, OK, uncles:
Blake Kinzer and wife Lindsay of Louisville, KY, Colt Chapman, Hunter
Chapman, and Bo Chapman all of Porum; maternal great grandparents: Robert
and Patty Wieneke of Palm Harbor, FL; paternal great grandparents: Roy and
