Anne Elizabeth (McFarland) Chambers

Anne Elizabeth (McFarland) Chambers
September 10, 1973 ~ May 18, 2026

Anne Elizabeth Chambers was born on September 10, 1973, in Norman, Oklahoma to James (Mac) and Wanda Sue McFarland. Anne passed away on May 18th at the age of 52.

Anne's parents thought that she was the most beautiful girl with the brightest smile. She shared a close bond with her brother John that started in childhood and lasted well into adulthood, even when he was getting her into mischief.

Anne enjoyed traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She collected hand carved wooden ornaments among other trinkets she held dear. She worked for Mid-Continent Packaging for over 20 years. This led her to the love of her life, Andrew Chambers. They were married on May 20, 2010. They shared a home in Enid, Oklahoma.

Anne is survived by her husband Andrew, her father Mac, her Mother Wanda Sue, her brother John and wife Liz of Reno, Nevada, her step-daughters Taylor Lyons and husband Scott of Kirksville, Missouri, Dilyne McMurphy and husband James of Edmond, Oklahoma, and her grandchildren Carter, Olivia, Lawson, Ayden, Harper, Quinn, Kimber, Teller, and Soren.

Anne will be remembered for her kind spirit, warm hugs, gentle nature and culinary excellence. She will be loved and missed by all that knew her.

A private memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd at 3:00 p.m. for close family and friends. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.

Condolences may be made, and memories shared online at www.ladusauevans.com.
