Mitchell Frank "Mick" Casady

November 23, 1946 ~ 2001

Mitchell Frank "Mick" Casady was born November 23, 1946 at Elk City, Oklahoma, the son of Paul and DeLena Casady.

He spent the first six years of his life on a farm near Strong City, Oklahoma. He then moved to Erie, Kansas where he graduated from Erie High School.

He received his B.S. Degree from Pittsburg State University and graduated studies at Emporia State University.

He married Pamela Louadee in Kansas City, Missouri on November 9, 1974.

Surviving family include their two sons, Clay and John Casady of the home; his mother, DeLena Casady of Grove, Oklahoma; and one brother, Terry Casady and wife Joy of Wellsville, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Casady on September 2, 1997 and his grandparents.

Services were Thursday, August 2, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. in the Westminister Presbyterian Church, Ottawa, Kansas.

Interment in Highland Cemetery, Ottawa, Kansas.
