Vicki Carter (Brown) born April 6, 1970, passed away peacefully on September, 17th 2023 at Texoma Medical Center. She was loved by many and always knew how to cheer anyone up. She was the best secret keeper and the love she had for her grand babies was beyond words. She loved her family fiercely and would do anything in her power to help them. She was a beautiful souled person and a friend to many. She s always would lend a ear to anyone who needed it. She was the most uplifting person you'd ever meet. She will be dearly missed by so many.
She is preceded by her grandparents, Laverne and Joe Fralicks and her father Jimmy Wayne Brown.
Lovingly remembered by her children, Josh and Lacey Meade of Durant Ok, their children Aubrey and Tyler Meade, Jordan and Tina Meade of Colbert Ok, and their children Eliie and Kimber Meade, Jadyn Carter and her child Walker Mckee, and Jace Carter of Colbert Ok. Her mother and stepfather Carolyn and Scott Ridling of Colbert Ok, brother and sister-in-law Joey and Fawn Brown of Missouri, aunts and uncles Brenda and Bobby Brashier of Colbert Ok, Nancy Fralicks of Colbert Ok, Ronnie and Scottie Fralicks of Durant Ok, and Linda Creswell of Aurora CO, Lifelong friend Stacy Goodin (Lewallen) of Colbert OK, as well as many cousins and extended family.
Her hobbies consisted of spending as much time with her grand babies as she could, cooking, spending time with her children, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a daughter, a sister, a mother, a niece, and a friend to very many. She was a beautiful woman and will be greatly missed by so many!
A Celebration of Life for Vicki Carter, will be held at 11:00AM September 30, 2023 at Cunningham Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Roger Speers, Officiating.
