Deborah Ann "Debbie" (Fisher) Carter
October 7, 1950 ~ December 25, 2012 (age 62)

Memorial services for Deborah Ann “Debbie” Carter, of Sperry, were held Saturday, December 29, 2012 at First Baptist Church in Sperry, OK. Reverend Andy Anquoe officiated and a private family interment followed. Honorary casket bearers were Barbara, Sherry, Penny, Phyllis, Geri, Margie, Zelda, Beth, Jo, and Cat.

Debbie was born October 7, 1950 in Skiatook, OK to Charles and Betty (Allison) Fisher. She passed away December 25, 2012 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 62.

Debbie retired from LifeTouch Photos after 17 years of dedicated service. She was also formerly employed with Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital. Debbie loved spending valuable time with her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and playing bingo. Debbie also liked fishing and camping at Hudson Lake. She especially had fun during craft weekends with friends.

She is survived by her husband, Allen Ray Carter of the home; children, Robbie (Carter) Adams and husband Lee of Warner Robins, GA, and Allen Carter and wife Tracy of Talala; grandchildren, Jara Hurt, Jessica Bendall and husband Josh, Lane Carter, Logan Carter, Jack Adams, and Jocelyn Adams; great-grandchildren, Kaydyn Hurt and Jacob Bendall; sisters, Stella Harding and husband Robert; Barbara January and husband Jess; brothers, Charles Fisher and wife Karen, Harrison Fisher and wife Sue Ellen; sister-in-law, Linda Lynn; brothers-in-law, Billy Carter, Virgil Carter and wife Sherry, Ricky Carter, and Rex Carter; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Betty Fisher; and brother, Eugene Fisher.
