September 10, 1968 - May 10, 2017

 Michelle Alicia Carmona, age 48, resident of Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at her home.

Friends and loved ones may pay their respects at the funeral home on Monday, May 15 and Tuesday, May 16 from 8am-8pm. A funeral ceremony to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Trout Funeral Home & Crematory with Jack Adams officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.

Michelle was born on September 10, 1968 to Louis A. Carmona and Patricia Moraga Carmona in Orange, CA. Michelle was raised in Orange, CA. Michelle was a feisty one, full of zest for life, inspired by her love of God. Her family and those she cared for were most blessed by the outpouring of deep love she gave, putting others before herself. Being a "Nana Chell" was a pinnacle in her life, relishing those precious times with her grandchildren. Michelle's beautiful smile and giggle lit up a room. Taking a trip back home and going to the ocean are fond memories. Swimming, watching butterflies and all things purple gave additional joy in life to Michelle.

Survivors include her beloved daughter, Katrina Carmona and husband Jake Austin Ramsey of Ponca City, the love of her life James McCurry of Ponca City, cherished mother Patricia Ann Carmona of Orange County, CA; dear siblings: Teresa Carmona, Tony Carmona, Rudy Carmona, and Jim Carmona all of Orange County, CA; treasured grandchildren: Kolby Lee Ramsey and Heidey Nikole Ramsey, Katrina's father, John Kiker of Ponca City, as well as many adored nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Michelle was preceded in death by her father and grandson Carter Austin Ramsey.
