Karen's journey began as the cherished daughter of Carl and Rosemary (Foote) Woolley. Her early years in Oklahoma City were filled with the joys of family life and the seeds of the many interests that would define her. Karen’s spirit was shaped by the love and values they instilled in her.
The heart of Karen's world was her beloved husband, Andy Campbell, of Durant, Oklahoma. Their enduring partnership was a testament to mutual respect and devotion. Together, they raised a family that became Karen's pride and joy. She is survived by her daughter Deborah Falls and her husband Andrew of Edmond, Oklahoma; her son Andy Campbell III and his wife Carla of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; her adored granddaughters Emily Falls and her fiancé Britten Spandley of Oklahoma City, Chloe Falls of Edmond, and Claire Kilpatrick and her husband Clayton of Warner; and her grandsons Matthew Falls of Edmond and Austin Campbell of Sallisaw. Each of these individuals was a unique thread in the fabric of her life, creating a pattern of love and legacy.
Karen's role as a homemaker was a source of great pride and fulfillment. She created a welcoming home that was a hub of activity, laughter, and love. Her ability to nurture and care for her family was unmatched, and her home was always a place of comfort and celebration for those she loved.
A woman of many interests and talents, Karen was an active member of the Durant Newcomers Club, where she formed lasting friendships and contributed to the vitality of her community. Her love for the game of Bunco was more than a pastime; it was a way for her to connect with others and share in the simple joys of life.
Karen's passion for gardening was evident in the colors and blooms that adorned her home. Her garden was a sanctuary where she found peace and solace. Traveling was another of Karen's passions, and she approached each new destination with an adventurous spirit, eager to explore and immerse herself in different places.
Perhaps one of the most unique aspects of Karen's interests was her love for giraffes. Her collection was a whimsical reflection of her personality, and each piece told a story of a life lived with curiosity and delight.
Described by those who knew her as friendly, adventurous, and spirited, Karen's presence was a source of joy and inspiration. Her ability to make friends wherever she went was a testament to her open heart and the genuine interest she took in others.
