Freeman (Joe) Cain

April 7, 1940 ~ February 7, 2006

In loving memory of Freeman (Joe) Cain entered into eternal life on February 7, 2006 in Oklahoma City. Feeman entered into life on April 7, 1940 in Welling, OK., to Claude and Ola Cain. He was the eldest son of twelve children. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille, his parents, one brother, Steve Cain and two sisters, Thelma Edwards and Wanda Cain.

He is survived by three children, Robert Cain and his wife, Nada of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Barbara Walker and her husband, Geary of Edmond and Aiain R. Cain and wife, Karen of Elk City.

He is also survived by five grandsons, Michael Cain, Justin and Collins Walke and Joshua and Jordan Cain, two granddaughters, Amy Martinez and Shelby Maddox, five great grandchildren, Macie and Mattie Maddox, Derrick and Natasha Martinez and Leah Cain, brothers Jay Cain, Estell Cain, Charley Cain and Larry Cain, sisters, Elsie Christie, Loretta Dickson, Viola Dahl, Galeal Bowman and sister in law, Marilla Cain. Freeman served proudly in the U.S. Marine Corps and retired from civil service at Tinker Air Force Base.

He was a loving husband and father, grandfather and great grandfather. Pa's loving philosophy and enjoyment of life will be greatly missed. He's in heaven playing his blue grass music with the angels.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 13, 2006 at Advantage Hunter Chapel.
