Ross Dean, son of JoAnne (Thatcher) and Dean Cagwin, was born June 25, 1958, and passed away November 11, 2018, at the age of 60 years, 4 months and 20 days.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Wharton Funeral Chapel.
