Pauline Caffey

???? ~ 1918

Our little town was saddened Christmas day by the death of one of our brightest girls, Pauline Caffey, who died from an attack of pneumomia.

She had grown to womanhood in our town.

Pauline was converted and joined the Christian Church at Elk City when but a child. She was a loving daughter, a devoted sister and a loyal friend. It seems so sad for one so young, one who had such a bright anticipation for a useful life, to go and leave the life unfinished; but in the morning of the ressurrection we will see Pauline, with that smile we loved so well, awaiting to meet her loved ones.

There is a vacant place in the home that no other can fill; but God, in His own good time, will bring the relief that no earthly friend can give.
