Shirley Kay (Budden) Byrum
July 18, 1955 ~ April 24, 2019

Shirley Kay Budden was born to Manard and Donna Budden July 18, 1958, in St. Joseph, Missouri.

She succumbed to a 9-month battle with throat cancer April 24, 2019, in Integris Bass hospital.

After graduating Benton High School in 1976, she married Phil Boyer. To this union, three sons were born, Phil, Aron, Christopher. She married Alan Byrum June 13, 1998.

Cooking for others was a joy to her. She loved experimenting with various cuisines. Shirley loved animals and had a variety of pets. She was happiest camping and fishing.

Shirley was preceded in death by her father, son Aron, and sister, Diana. She is survived by her husband, Alan; sons, Phil and Chris; mother, Donna; sisters, Janet and Lana; and brother, Byron.

She was blessed with two grandchildren, Aaron and Arionna.

Celebration of Shirley's life will be 2 p.m. April 28, 2019, at Seventh Day Adventist Church, Enid.
