ENID, OK - Celebration of life for Steven "Smoky" Lee Byers will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at the Pressure Cooker Lounge in Enid. Everyone that knew him is welcome.

Smoky was born Aug. 24, 1957, in Renton, Wash., and passed away Monday, Oct. 7, 2013, at his residence. His parents were Mr. and Mrs. John T. Byers, who preceded him in passing.

Smoky is survived by one brother, William and wife Alicia Byers; nephew, Josh Byers; niece Mrs. Miranda Landry; and two great-nephews, Collin and Kyler.

Steven worked for the city of Enid in the street department for 22 years. His passion in life was trading and working on old cars, lawnmowers and playing bingo, but most of all, catfishing, especially with his nephew, Josh.
