Cleda Elice Tye Byars

FOLLETT - Cleda Elice Tye Byars, 97, died Friday, April 19, 2002, in Fort Worth.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Fairmont Cemetery in Follett with James Byers officiating. Arrangements are by Mason Funeral Home of Shattuck, Okla.

Mrs. Byars was a mother of four boys, a homemaker and a nurse. She was awarded her high school diploma at the age of 51.

Survivors include three sons, Bill J. Byars of Stigler, Okla., Lyle E. Byars of Amarillo and James A. Byars of Fort Worth; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Fairmont Cemetery; or Wedgewood Nursing Home, 6621 Dan Danciger Road, Fort Worth, TX 76133.
