Howard Dewayne Buxton

March 3, 1952 ~ August 28, 2011

Howard Dewayne Buxton, resident of Ponca City, passed Sunday, August 28, 2011. He was 59 years of age.

Howard was born March 3, 1952, the son of Joe Buxton and Margaret Shorty Looney Buxton. He was a 1970 graduate of Fairfax High School. He had been employed as a DI Tech with Water Service Company.

He is survived by his companion Laurie Welsh of the home one daughter, Jennifer Peeper of Enid, Oklahoma two grandchildren, Morgan and McKenzie one brother, Russell Buxton of Marland, Oklahoma one sister, Vicky Dorz of Bartlesville, Oklahoma other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.
