Rollie Dean Burrows was born on January 23, 1961 in Stilwell, Oklahoma to Ruth Ann Burrows. Rollie passed away on January 26, 2021 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 60 years, and 3 days.

He grew up in Stilwell, Oklahoma where he graduated high school and went to work for a tire shop until he moved to Texas in 1976, where he lived until he moved back to Oklahoma in 2015 with his mother Ruth Burrows.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Roland Burrows and Ruth Burrows and two sisters: Lisa and Donna Delilion-Burrows along with numerous aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his mother: Ruth Burrows of the home in Hulbert, Oklahoma.
