Arthur William "Bill" Burns

Arthur William "Bill" Burns
June 22, 1955 ~ February 27, 2022

Arthur (Bill) William Burns passed away on February 27, 2022 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma at the age of 66. Bill was born to Lee Burns and Susan Chapman on June 22, 1955 in Savannah, Georgia.

He retired from many years of heavy construction. On July 6, 2007, he married the love of his life, Kelly Burns. Bill received numerous awards and medals during his 13 years of service in the United States Army. He loved antiquing, flea markets, and gardening.

Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Hays; brother, James Burns; father, Lee Burns; granddaughter, Kylee Wilson.

He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Kelly Burns; daughter, Lorraine Barnett of Telford, TN; son, Billy Perkins of Creston, IA; four sisters, Darnell Hoehn, Pamela Mansfield, Jo Hannuksela, and Angel Netro; one pester-in-law; 8 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
