A Memorial service for James Burnett will be held 10:00am, Friday at Ladusau-Evans Chapel.
Cremation arrangements and services are directed by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life service for James Jeffrey Burnett age 62 of Enid will be 10:00 am Friday at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Jim Edmison officiating. Cremation and service arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Jeff was born July 10, 1959 in Wichita, Ks to James R. and Edith M. Craven Burnett and passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021 in St. Mary’s Hospital.
He attended and graduated from Chisolm High School in 1977. He started Burnett Carpet and Flooring and contracted through A to Z Carpet for many years. He was baptized through the Baptist church n 1973. Jeff loved music and his OU Sooners Football team and the Minnesota Vikings Football team.
He was a devoted father and grandfather to Nicholas and Chassie Kramer, Kelsey Kenzi, Bubba, and Nashton all of Douglas, Ian and Kellcie Burnett, Axel, Lincoln and Bentley all of Shattuck, and Kile Burnett of Okmulgee, two brothers; Rob and Terresa Burnett and Joe Burnett all of Enid and several other family members and his dog, Murphy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and an infant son, Jeffrey Don Burnett; and nephew Derek Brian Burnett.
Memorials may be made in his name to Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
