Jody Allen Burk passed away Saturday June 4, 2016 at the age of 54 years 7 months and 29 days in Whitewright Texas where he resided.

Born on Friday October 6, 1961 in Redwood Falls, Minnesota to Robert Burk & Neta Maria Swalve (formally Burk) returned home to Mora Minnesota., where he grew up.

Jody was preceded in death by his father Robert Burk and mother Neta Swalve, step father Henry (Hank) Swalve, Step-brother Bob Swalve and Step-brother Dauane Swalve

He is survived by his Step-mother Donna Burk, his children Logan & Aimee (Felland) Burk, Katie (Burk) & Mitch Kilduff, and Breanna Burk. Grandchildren Beila & Braden Kilduff, McKenzie & Kruize and Kaizen Thomas. Brother Robby & Cecilia (Reyes) Burk Step-brother & Step-sisters Kim Swalve, Dan & Maribeth Swalve, Lori (Swalve) & John Dietz, Aunts & Uncles Vern & Clare Ratliff, Mary Sue McGuire, Howie & Betty Haeg, Pat Kimball & Bill Mansfield and other half-aunts & uncles & other extended families.

A memorial will be held at a later time.
