Albert Clyde “Pete” Burger Jr, 57, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Pete was born on Wednesday, September 23, 1964, in Oklahoma City, to Albert Clyde Burger Sr and Shirley Ann (McCalister) Hedge. Pete was a life-long Oklahoman. He spent most of his adult years employed as a caretaker of a local nursing home. When he wasn’t working, he loved to read and watch old western shows.

Pete was preceded in death by his father, Albert Burger Sr; his mother, Shirley Hedge; brother, Harold Burger; and stepfather, Bob Hedge.

He was survived by his daughters, Linda Burger, and Summer Davis; a son, Joey Burger; brother, Norman “Bud” Burger; his sister, Sherri Collins; grandchildren, Hannah West, Carson Lasenberry, Janee, Bridget, Emma, Joslyn, Briana, and Johanna; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and friends.
