Charles H. Bryer Bom February 19, 1952

Charles (Charlie) Bryer passed away October 14th 2019 at Ponca Nursing Home at the age of 67.

Charles was born in Ponca City to Arther Bryer and Barbara Fleming Bryer. He worked at various jobs during his lifetime Charles first worked construction at a young age. He then worked for Ponca Bowl for 18 years as a mechanic, after that he went to work for the City Of Ponca City up until his retirement due to his illness.

Charles enjoyed hunting, fishing and “Yes” he was an avid OU Fan. He enjoyed family get togethers. He also worked on small engine equipment. And had a dog named buddy that was just like part of the family.

Charles was preceded in death by his dad Arther Bryer and three nephews.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara Rice, companion Muriel Ann Reid, his two brothers Clifford Bryer and Kenneth Bryer and wife Emma all of Ponca City, numerous nieces, nephews.

Memorial Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 17th, 2019 at Grace Memorial Chapel Funeral Home. Dr. Larry Nigh will officiate. Charles wishes were to be cremated and Grace Memorial Chapel is in care of those wishes.
