Patricia Ann Bruner, daughter of Raymond Leslie and Alza Mae (Farmer) Phillips. She was born on April 2, 1941 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed from this life on April 20, 2021 at the age of 80 years, and 18 days.
Patricia married Carthel Dewayne Bruner on February 18, 1959 and to this union 3 children were born: David, Lisa, and Michael.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother: Jim Phillips, 1 sister: Barbara Coleman, and husband: Dewayne Bruner.
She is survived by a loving family that includes her children: David Bruner and wife Sheila, Lisa Hendrickson and husband Samuel, and Michael Bruner all of Stilwell, Oklahoma. Grandchildren: Justin Bruner and wife Joy, Jon Bruner and wife Kendall, Jessica Sam and husband Josh, Janell Baird and husband Steven, Julia, and Jarrett Bruner all of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Samantha Brannon and husband Cody of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Chelsea Christie and husband Zack of Kansas, Oklahoma, Dylan Collyge and wife Casey of Westville, Oklahoma, Maddy Collyge of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Bailey Grant and husband Derrick of Keys, Oklahoma, and Bradley Bruner of Westville, Oklahoma. 17 great grandchildren and 2 on the way, brother: Gary Phillips and wife Cindy of Wagoner, Oklahoma, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends who also survive her.
She was at her husbands’ side for every adventure, from growing strawberries, raising chickens, farming, or selling cars.
Pat’s life was a true inspiration to other people on how to live a Godly life by serving, loving, and encouraging people. She led by example.
