Funeral services for Violet Stinnett Brown, 82, of Verden, Okla., will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 16, 2004, in the McRay Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Edward Whitley will officiate.

Violet Stinnett Brown was born April 17, 1922, in Roosevelt, Okla., and died on Wednesday, May 13, 2004, in Chickasha, Okla.

Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery
