Gail Francine Brown-Redden-Tull of Guthrie, Oklahoma was born on August 29, 1946 in Wilmington, Delaware to Lewis Jefferson and Mable (Perkins) Brown. Gail passed away on March 19, 2021 in Edmond, Oklahoma at the age of 74.

Gail was a graduate of Howard High School in Wilmington Delaware. Gail moved to Guthrie from Wilmington in 2016.

Gail is survived by her son Kevin Eugene Redden, Sr. of Guthrie, daughter Orrin Alethia Redden-McAllister and husband Albert Keith McAllister of Guthrie, daughter Theresa Gayle Redden of Baltimore, Maryland, and daughter Sonya Charlene Tull and partner Adriane Richardson of Wilmington Delaware. Gail is also survived by her nine grandchildren LaToya, Kevin, Jr., Courtney, David, Darrell, Tacarea, Damesha, Kievon, and Curnya, and 23 great grandchildren. Gail was preceded in death by her husbands Willie Eugene Redden and James Tull, parents Lewis Jefferson and Mable Brown, stepfather Clarence Perkins and sister Cleo Elam.

There are no services planned at this time.

Arrangements are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
