Pryor
On Friday, March 21, 2025, Patricia “Trish” Lynn Brown entered
her eternal home at the age of 69.
Trish was born on March 17, 1956, to Mary Marie Marshall and David Crockett Brown in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After high school, Trish began a working career until she retired to live out her days enjoying what life brought her way.
Trish had an infectious smile that could light up any room, she loved to be outdoors, especially sunbathing on a nice warm day, she was always finding something to do working with her hands whether it be sewing, gardening, fixing something around the house, filling up a bird feeder, or crafting something up for decoration, she loved to bake, she thoroughly enjoyed music of all kinds and had the most beautiful voice to sing along, and she loved having a St. Patrick's Day birthday. Being all dolled up was very important to Trish, she loved doing her hair, makeup, and you could always count on her having a fresh coat of paint on her manicured fingernails. Trish loved being a "girl mom" to her three daughters and loved even more being "Granny Pat" to her precious grandkids.
Trish is survived by her daughters: Susan Handley (husband Tim), Kristie McClain (husband John), and Becky Padgett (husband James), Grandchildren: Hayleigh Wing (husband Bo), Trevor Handley, Kalleigh (Birdie) Handley, Davis McClain, Carter McClain, Lane Padgett, Ryder Padgett, and Boone Padgett, Great Grandchildren: Timothy Wing, Nikolai Wing, and Oliver Wing, Siblings: Sister Mary Due (husband Carl) and Sister Barbara Brown. Trish is also survived by her special friend, Charley Sinor. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends who love her and will all miss her dearly!
She is preceded in death by both her parents, David and Mary, both her brothers, Jerry Ray Brown and David Gene Brown. And her precious schnauzer Chigger, she loved so much!
A special thank you to Angel Care Hospice for taking care of Trish in her final days.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 28, 2025, in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel. To leave a message, please visit his guestbook at www.shipmansfuneralhome.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Shipman's Funeral & Cremation Service of Pryor.
