Helen Ruth Brown, 60, Garden City, Kansas and former longtime Satanta, Kansas resident, died Wednesday, January 2, 2008, at Via Christi Regional Medical Center, St. Francis Campus, Wichita, Kansas.
The daughter of Floyd H. & Thelma V. (Snow) Fillpot, she was born July 3, 1947, at Garden City, Kansas.
Survivors include four sons; James Paul Brown Stilwell, OK., George Louis Brown and wife Dodie, Stilwell, OK., Artie David Brown and wife Christina, Stilwell, OK., Austin Randy Brown and wife Katina, Stilwell, OK., one daughter; Laura Ann Vizueth, Stilwell, OK., one brother, Dennis Fillpot and wife, Diane NC., three sisters; Virginia Collins and husband Kenneth, MI., Mary Ann Donaldson and husband Bob, Marfa, TX., Carolyn Sue Webber and husband Don, Satanta, KS., 16 grandchildren, many nephews and nieces and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers; Melvin, Bud, Charles, Darrell and Bob fillpot, 1 sister; Judith Fae Hobbs.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at the First Baptist Church, Satanta, KS., with Minister Randy Dirrum presiding and burial in the Dudley Township Cemetery, Satanta, Kansas.
