James F. Brouse “Grandpa” was born on April 24, 1933. He received his wings and flew home to be with his family on February 11, 2022. Later in life he moved to Sarasota, Florida with his wife and kids. After the passing of his wife, he moved to South Carolina with his son, then in 2010 he came to Madill, Oklahoma to stay with his daughter and grandkids. The joy he had was watching his grandson and granddaughter be born and he loved hanging with his friends and working on race cars. He was a mechanic for several years.
James is preceded in death by his wife Penny; sister Doris and parents Levi and Iola Brouse.
James leaves behind his children, Tim and wife Kate, Kim and husband Juan and John; grandkids Josh, Thomas, Jacob and Elizabeth, Juan, Paloma, James, and Lilyana; 7 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews, Gwen, Janice and husband Mark, Andrea and Scott and wife Danene and Kevin and wife Mary Jo and numerous great nieces and nephews. Mr. Brouse will be cremated according to his wishes.
