Lisa was born November 24, 1970 in Atoka, Oklahoma to Clyde Alan Broome and Frances Ruth McClain Smith and passed from this life on Monday, May 17, 2021 in Durant, Oklahoma at the age of 50.
Lisa grew up in the Atoka and Durant area attending school in both towns. Lisa married Darrell Perysian on March 21, 2004 and had been together over seventeen years. Lisa worked at the Pizza Hut in Durant tending the salad bar and also worked as a cook at other places.
Lisa enjoyed drawing, hunting for arrowheads, and loved going to Choctaw casino.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jon David Linton in 2003; and her father, Alan Broome in 1970.
Lisa is survived by her husband, Darrell Perysian of Durant, OK; mother, Frances Ruth Smith of Atoka, OK; sisters, Terri Broome Wilson of Nevada, Shelly Broome Bearden of Durant, OK, Gala Self Braudrick and her husband, Chet, of Atoka, OK, and Mija Self of Atoka, OK; Lisa’s in-law, Larry and Jan Perysian of Surprise, AZ; her beloved dogs, Saphire, Peanut, Razzle Dazzle and Diamond Dazzle; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 26, from 5PM to 7PM at Brown’s Funeral Home in Durant.
