Stacy Briggeman, 50 year old Woodward resident, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday March 31, 2023 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Herman Moore, Sr. officiating. A private family interment will be held at a later date.
Stacy Ann (Calkins) Briggeman was born on October 6, 1972 in Canadian, Texas to Robert Charles Calkins and Ruby Ann (Hayes) Hassler. Stacy grew up in Arnett and attended Arnett schools. She was united in marriage to Matthew Ray Briggeman on July 4, 2003 in Higgins, Texas. They made their first home in Woodward and have lived there since that time.
She worked at the Trophy Case before becoming a personal shopper at Walmart. She enjoyed crafting, painting, and fostering dogs. Spending time with her husband, kids, grandkids, and family is what brought her the most joy.
Stacy is survived by her loving husband Matthew Briggeman; mother Ruby Hassler and husband James; two sons, Braden Briggeman and partner Michelle Beeley; Stetson Calkins; one daughter, Desni Briggeman and partner Aric Davis; grandchildren, Carter Davis, Nevaeh and Ruger Briggeman, Arya Abernathy; one brother, Logan Long; three sisters, Tara Rodgers and husband Dustin, Javon Wells and husband Gerry Don, Shantel Pearson and husband Rick; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Charles Calkins, maternal grandparents, Robert and Myrtle Hayes, paternal grandparents Bob and Lavina Calkins.
