Michael Charles Breedlove D.O.

July 9, 1954 ~ June 4, 2020

Michael Charles Breedlove D.O., 64, of Holdenville, Oklahoma passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2020 surrounded by his family. He was born on July 9, 1954 to William and Betty (Sippy) Breedlove in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Michael graduated from South Side High School in Fort Smith Arkansas in 1972. He then served in the United States Army and received an honorable discharge. Afterwards he was a Muskogee police officer until 1977. He then attended and graduated from Oklahoma State University of Osteopathic Medicine in 1988. Dr. Breedlove opened a practice and served the community of Holdenville until his retirement in 2015. Michael loved his job and his many patients he treated throughout the years.

He enjoyed going fishing and hunting. Michael also loved playing Nintendo with his children and spending time with all of his grandkids. He loved his family very much and will be forever missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Milford and Pauline Sippy, and Maxine Breedlove; and his parents, William and Betty Breedlove.

He is survived by his children, Heather Ezell of Park Hill, OK, Jason Kelley of Ft. Smith, AR, Stephanie Breedlove of Muskogee, OK and Katie Breedlove of Moore, OK; brother, Bill Breedlove of Ft. Smith, AR; grandchildren, Colton Kelley and Zander Kelley both of Ft. Smith, AR. Caden Michael Breedlove of Muskogee, OK, Noah Robinson and Ivy Robinson both of Muskogee, OK; and other family members and friends.

A celebration of Michael's life will be 11AM, Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with his daughter, Heather Ezell officiating. He will be interred at Ft. Smith National Cemetery with Colton Kelly, Zander Kelley, Jason Kelley, Jared Robinson, Eric Laytham and Kevin Ezell serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Sean Taplin and Lindy Brown.

Dr. Breedlove's family is planning a memorial service in Holdenville, OK at a later date in the near future.

Funeral services are under the direction of Cornerstone Funeral Home, 1830 North York St, Muskogee, Oklahoma.
