Janice (Helms) Boydston

Dec. 27, 1947 ~ July 27, 2002

ALLISON - Janice Boydston, 54, died Saturday, July 27, 2002.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Allison School Gymnasium with F.R. Johnson, former pastor of Allison United Pentecostal Church, officiating. Burial will be in Zybach Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home of Wheeler.

Mrs. Boydston was born to Herman and Shirley Sanford Helms on Dec. 27, 1947, in Clarendon. She was raised in San Angelo. She married Forrest Boydston on Aug. 5, 1966, in Allison.

She was employed by Videos and More in Canadian for five years. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church in Allison. She was dearly loved and will be truly missed by all who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father in 1974; her mother in 1990; a sister in 1945; and a brother in 1981.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Neal Boydston and wife, Michelle, of Loveland, Colo.; a daughter, SaRita Green and husband, Robbie, of Binger, Okla.; two brothers, Dale Helms of Canadian and Jerry Helms of Hot Springs, Ark.; two sisters, Mary Wolf of Graham and Charlotte Helms of Allison; and four grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Make-A-Wish Foundation.
